You may be arriving with questions rather than answers. This is both expected and welcomed here. Many people begin therapy not because something is clearly defined, but because something no longer feels settled. The feeling often arrives during life changes and transitions, in the context of depression and anxiety, following loss, during grief and often when relationships, intimacy, or one’s sense of direction become uncertain. I am familiar with the feeling and I am here to answer all your questions and provide professional help and support you need.   

Who we are

This is a private practice based in Rockville, Maryland. I am the owner and currently only psychotherapist at the practice. I provide general therapy, sex therapy, and coaching. Services are provided via tele-health. My work is grounded in clinical competence, depth, and practical change, with attention to clarity, care and ethical boundaries.

I work with adults who seek greater understanding of themselves, their patterns and their direction. The work is thoughtful and collaborative, balancing reflection and insight with practical movement toward the change. Whether addressing emotional distress, questions of identity, intimacy or life goals, the focus is on meaningful, sustainable change and psychological well-being.

How to begin

I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to help clarify concerns, answer initial questions, and determine whether working together feels like a good fit. From the first point of contact, my aim is to provide a clear, competent, contained, and respectful therapy and coaching process.
